The booth, spec by spec
What the live printing booth actually does.
The booth is a self-contained production station, not a table with a logo taped to it. It arrives built, gets powered on, and runs finished custom merch all night. Here is the full menu and what each station needs.
Cap & hat bar
Richardson 112 trucker caps and Flexfit fitteds with a pressed front graphic or an embroidered patch chosen off the wall. Styled and shaped at the booth before the guest walks off.
Patch application
Woven and leather patches heat-set onto totes, denim jackets, and gear guests bring or pick. The same live moment, applied to something they will keep.
Hard goods & totes
Peel-and-press UV-DTF graphics on tumblers and bottles, plus canvas totes for eco-friendly favors and premium giveaways.
What the booth brings with it
- The frame & lighting. A branded, glow-lit booth structure that reads as an attraction from across the room — not a folding table.
- Presses & production. Heat presses, transfer stacks, cool racks, and a staging counter tuned so guests never touch a hot platen.
- Trained staff. A booth host to run the menu and queue, plus operators on the presses. You do not staff it; we do.
- Blanks & artwork prep. We source the garments in the sizes and colors you want and prep your art files, event logos, or sponsor marks in advance.
What we need from the venue
- Roughly a 10x10 footprint for one booth; more frontage for parallel presses at high-traffic events.
- One standard 110V, 20-amp circuit per press bank. We flag any generator needs for outdoor sites.
- Level ground or flooring, and a rough guest-count estimate so we can size the crew and blank order.
Never leans on one method
Some booths depend on screen printing; ours does not have to. Because the core is DTF heat-press, we can print full-color art on demand without screens, so a single guest can order a one-off design and get it in minutes. Screen printing, embroidery, and laser add-ons are available when a program calls for them, but the live booth experience runs on fast, full-color, made-to-order pressing.
