The booth is the entertainment
Merch Troop rolls in a glowing, staffed booth, guests pick a shirt or cap and a design, and a few minutes later they walk off wearing something that did not exist when they got in line.
Product sourcing, artwork prep, staffing, travel, setup, and a clean guest handoff — all run by our live-event crew.

Inside the booth
The booth is modular — we set the stations your crowd will actually line up for. Everything is pressed and finished on site, no pre-printing, no leftover boxes.
Bella+Canvas 3001 and Gildan blanks printed with DTF transfers — photo-quality art, unlimited colors, soft hand, and washable straight out of the booth.
Richardson 112 and Flexfit caps get a heat-pressed front hit or an embroidered patch chosen from the wall, styled at the booth in under two minutes.
Guests pick a patch and we press it onto totes, denim, or jackets — the same made-in-front-of-you moment on the piece they already own.
Canvas totes and UV-DTF tumblers round out the menu for eco-favors and premium giveaways guests actually keep.
Numbers, rosters, and personalized name menus pressed on show for tournaments, leagues, and squad events.
How a guest moves through it
Guests step up to a tidy menu of blanks and designs. A booth host keeps the queue moving so nobody crowds the presses.
The right transfer is aligned and staged on the garment while the guest watches from the safe side of the counter.
Heat and timing are dialed in advance, so the piece presses cleanly and hits the cool rack in seconds.
Each piece is checked and handed back — no pileup, no mix-ups, just a fresh custom item they wear the rest of the event.
Quick answers
A compact, staffed station where guests choose a blank shirt, cap, or tote plus a design, then watch it get printed and pressed in front of them. The finished piece is handed back in a couple of minutes so they wear it for the rest of the night.
A single booth is about a 10x10 area on one standard 110V circuit. Larger events get a wider frontage with parallel presses. We confirm exact space and power for your venue before the date.
A staffed booth finishes roughly 40 to 70 pieces an hour depending on the product and how personalized each one is. For high-traffic activations we stage multiple presses and a design menu to keep the line moving.
